To achieve greater fairness and self-determination for western Canadians through either constitutional change or the creation of an independent nation
Equalization
Of all the money taken in to the equalization program between 2007-2018, a full 75% was paid by western provinces
Twin Track Approach
TRACK A involves Constitutional change, while TRACK B proposes the creation of a Western Nation. These will be conducted concurrently as we build towards greater autonomy
The Maverick Party’s first goal is to get Western Canadian Maverick MPs to Ottawa in the next election so we have true Western representation
